The Artistique Parents Association (APA) of Calgary is a not-for-profit society within the province of Alberta.
The APA has proudly supported the development of young dancers in Calgary for the past 25 years.
APA Fundrasiser: (From Dec 6, 2017 @ 6PM to Dec 10 @ 9PM)
The objective of our Association is to promote dance and performing arts within our community and to develop children in the field of dance, which could potentially lead them into a career in the performing arts.
APA assists dancers to maximize their talent and dance education through training and performance opportunities, such as competitions, exams, public performances and workshops.
Our objectives are achieved by providing dance training, public performance opportunities and assistance with exams and competitions.
As well, the Association sources out and registers dancers to attend workshops or camps presented by established dance teachers and choreographers.
Programs supported by APA are restricted to competitive dancers who are registered in a competitive dance program at a competitive dance studio.
We currently have 22 members in our Association, supporting 26 competitive dancers.
By becoming a member, your dancer has access to the charitable program that APA delivers including workshops and public performances.
